They say your body is never the same after having kids….. they’re right, it isn’t, it’s stronger! I’m more confident & more in awe of it than I’ve ever been!

After the birth of my two children, I realised I had let my fitness slip, and I hired a personal trainer to get me back in shape. The results were incredible and I fell in love with feeling stronger. It became more than what the scales said, it made me feel more confident, capable and independent. Life became easier, like being able to lift my pram up and down stairs on my own. Now, as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant, I’m passionate about helping others unlock their strength and achieve their personal goals—whatever they may be!

How quickly will I see results?

Results vary depending on your starting point and goals, but many clients begin to notice positive changes within the first few weeks! Remember, it’s not just about how quickly you see results—it’s about building habits that will last a lifetime. With consistency, dedication, and the personalised support I provide, you’ll start to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident before you know it.

What if I don't have access to a gym or any equipment at home?

No worries at all! I can design an effective workout plan that requires no equipment, using just your bodyweight and things you can easily find at home. You don’t need fancy equipment to get results—your personalised plan will be tailored to suit your environment, whether you’re working out in a living room, garden, or even a small space. We’ll make it work, and you’ll still see great progress!

What if I don’t know how to do the exercises?

Don’t worry! Each exercise comes with clear instructions and video demonstrations that you can follow step-by-step. Plus, I’m always available to help if you have any questions or need extra guidance. You’ll have all the support you need to learn the exercises properly, ensuring you feel confident and safe as you progress.

Will I have time to fit this into my busy schedule?

Yes! The programme is designed to fit around your lifestyle, no matter how busy it is. I’ll work with you to create a plan that suits your time constraints, whether that’s short, efficient workouts or a flexible schedule. We’ll make sure your training enhances your life without overwhelming it.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

You won’t need to deprive yourself or follow fad diets—just make positive, lasting changes.

What happens if I don’t feel motivated?

It’s completely normal to have days when motivation dips—that’s where I come in! I’ll be there to keep you accountable and provide the encouragement you need to stay on track. Together, we’ll push through those tough moments, and you’ll find that as your confidence and results grow, staying motivated becomes easier.

I'm nervous as I've never trained before, will I be OK?

Absolutely! Everyone starts somewhere, and it’s perfectly normal to feel nervous. My programme is designed to meet you where you are, regardless of your fitness level. We’ll take things at your pace, and I’ll be there to guide, support, and encourage you every step of the way. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve with the right guidance and support—together, we’ll build your confidence and strength from the ground up!

Can I train with a friend?

Yes, training with a friend can definitely make the experience more fun and motivating! Having someone by your side can help keep you both accountable and make each session more enjoyable. However, it’s important to note that the programme is tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals, so while you can train together, the plan will be designed for you. Your friend would need their own personalised package to ensure they get the best results for their own fitness journey.

What happens when I go on holiday?

No problem at all! The beauty of online training is its flexibility—you can take your workouts with you wherever you go. I can adjust your plan to fit your holiday schedule, whether that means lighter workouts, bodyweight exercises, or adjusting for the equipment you have available. You won’t lose momentum, and I’ll make sure you stay on track while still enjoying your well-deserved break!
